Video Tag/Note Player

This tool allows you to add tags to specific frames directly while watching local video files - it's a simple wrapper over VLC player, meaning it can play just anything (i.e. any video format) you can imagine, and it supports adding notes and taking snapshots of particular frames so you can make your videos more informative!
